How long does my order take to ship?

All orders will ship out in 1-2 business days. If a product is clearly marked, “Made to Order” or is custom, please allow 3-4 business days for creation and shipping.

All packages will be shipped through USPS standard shipping.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, international shipping is not being offered. If you would like to ship internationally, please visit my Etsy shop. If a product is not listed on that shop, feel free to contact me at 18thavenueclay@gmail.com

What is your return policy? 

If you are unsatisfied with a product, a return will be accepted within 30 days or purchase. Once the item has been returned undamaged, a refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me at 18thavenueclay@gmail.com if you would like to return an item.
